Manage endoscopy visualization sales across Baden-Württemberg for Stryker. The role combines customer acquisition, clinical product support, and negotiations with hospitals and purchasing teams.
विवरण
- Lead sales for endoscopic visualization products after completing intensive onboarding.
- Oversee the Baden-Württemberg territory’s sales operations and strategy.
- Win new customers and help existing customers use products effectively.
- Work with management to apply marketing and sales plans informed by market analysis.
- Negotiate with operating room leaders, senior physicians, hospital administrators, and purchasing teams.
- Process customer orders to meet specific needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Advise and train physicians and nursing staff in operating rooms and workshops.
- Attend internal meetings, trade shows, congresses, and business meetings to build product expertise, find prospective customers, and maintain customer relationships.
- Travel across the territory in a company car.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of sales experience with complex, consultative products.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and adaptability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
- Solution-focused approach and excellent organizational skills.
- Valid Class B driver’s license.
- Fluent German and good English, with German negotiation skills.
- A degree in medical technology, engineering, or business administration/economics is preferred.
- Medical technology industry experience is preferred.
- Experience developing lasting customer relationships and winning new business is preferred.
- Confidence engaging with C-suite stakeholders is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
