- Lead a software engineering team responsible for AI Platform services, tools, and infrastructure
- Coach engineers and support their technical and career development
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based back-end services and APIs
- Set and deliver the technical roadmap for AI Platform services
- Architect scalable solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Oversee deployment and operation of containerized applications with Kubernetes
- Set engineering practices for software development, security, reliability, and operations
- Work with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage software delivery, resource planning, and execution
- Raise code quality through reviews, technical direction, and engineering governance
- Assess emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI capabilities for platform improvements
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and AI Platform teams on scalable, secure AI solutions
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong Python skills and knowledge of modern software engineering practices
- Advanced English proficiency
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing software engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and EKS
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native application development
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead in fast-paced environments
- Experience with AI agents or tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development platforms
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and generative AI technologies
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices
- Experience leading distributed or globally dispersed engineering teams
- Prior management experience in platform engineering, developer experience, or AI infrastructure
