- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns
- Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and publishing standards
- Experience using social media management and analytics platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native insights
- Foundational knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization
- Excellent writing, editing, and narrative development skills
- Strong analytical ability, including interpreting performance data and proposing improvements
- Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking skills
