- Plan and execute forensic investigations of compromised systems
- Assess root causes and determine the scope of impact
- Produce comprehensive forensic reports
- Support analysis of malware, attacker tools, and techniques
- Identify and examine malicious payloads
- Train SOC analysts to use SIEM platforms such as Sentinel
- Create and refine security detection rules
- Help establish new SOC monitoring processes
- Correlate actionable security events and evaluate threat data
- Create custom detection signatures
- Perform threat hunts to uncover advanced threats
- Contribute to technical security briefings
- Develop incident response procedures
- Maintain compliance with operational and technical standards
- Provide on-call support for critical incidents outside regular hours or on weekends when needed

- Professional experience investigating compromised systems using forensic methods
