- Develop and execute proposal strategies covering deal structure, pricing, and proposal preparation
- Pursue and close sales opportunities across Bahrain and Pakistan
- Build pipelines aligned with the Operating Plan
- Act as the primary Grid Automation contact for Sales and Commercial teams
- Partner with GA Tendering, Operations, Growth, and Sales Operations
- Coordinate with regional Grid Solutions sales teams
- Use knowledge of territories, product portfolios, and market conditions to guide sales activity
- Discover new opportunities with functional partners
- Resolve complex daily issues involving projects, markets, and customer needs
- Coach less-experienced colleagues, lead small projects, and help teams reach consensus
आवश्यकताएँ
- An engineering degree from an accredited university
- At least 10 years of technical experience with Grid Automation products or comparable portfolios, particularly in the GCC or KSA market
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions
- Fluent English
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize information to support sound decisions
- Understanding of market competition and product differentiators
- Ability to communicate performance expectations and manage complex stakeholder matters
