- Manage revenue, forecasting, pipeline, and long-term growth across a portfolio of pharmaceutical and healthcare advertisers.
- Develop trusted executive relationships with manufacturers, agencies, and strategy and investment teams.
- Direct annual planning, joint business planning, negotiations, and senior client engagements.
- Convert brand priorities, patient journeys, and market dynamics into compliant full-funnel media strategies spanning onsite, offsite, CTV, video, and in-store channels.
- Find and convert growth opportunities connected to new brand launches, disease education and awareness, and seasonal health moments.
- Coordinate Walmart Connect and Health & Wellness stakeholders to address regulatory requirements, remove obstacles, and achieve business outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, a master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field, or five years of qualifying experience in advertising, media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
- At least five years of experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
- At least five years of experience managing client accounts.
- At least five years of experience serving as a strategic advisor to C-suite clients.
- Demonstrated success selling retail media, digital, programmatic, CTV, or integrated advertising solutions to pharmaceutical and healthcare advertisers.
- Established relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare agencies, media agencies, and investment teams.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical brand planning, regulated advertising, promotional review, privacy requirements, and advertising policy.
- Experience creating omnichannel strategies across onsite, offsite, display, video, CTV, and in-store media.
- Understanding of audience strategy, advertising technology, closed-loop measurement, and attribution.
- A record of success leading enterprise account planning, joint business planning, complex negotiations, and long sales cycles.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while aligning cross-functional teams.
