  • Prioritize AI opportunities by business value, effort, and trade-offs.
  • Identify valuable use cases with Legal, Public Affairs, and Internal Audit.
  • Build and test AI solutions, then move proven solutions into production with Technology and Enterprise AI.
  • Redesign end-to-end and agentic workflows with clear autonomy limits, evaluation standards, monitoring, and human review.
  • Equip users and managers, activate AI Champions, and remove barriers to lasting adoption.
  • Guide use cases through AI Risk Review, complete required validation, and maintain production safety.
  • Track adoption, efficiency, savings, and return on investment, and address results that fall short.
  • Prepare the workforce through learning, employee engagement, manager support, champion networks, communications, and workflow integration.
  • Scale proven solutions with reusable patterns that improve productivity, quality, financial value, and risk outcomes.
  • Partner across business teams, Enterprise AI, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and other groups to advance use cases responsibly from concept to production.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least 7 years of experience in artificial intelligence solutions, or equivalent experience gained through work, training, military service, or education.
  • At least 4 years of experience translating business strategy into actionable roadmaps, prioritized use-case pipelines, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • At least 4 years of experience developing business cases and financial or cost models, estimating investment and benefits, and working with Finance to track budgets, operating costs, savings, cost avoidance, and return on investment.
  • At least 4 years of experience aligning senior leaders and cross-functional partners, advancing work without direct authority, resolving competing priorities, and driving execution.
  • At least 4 years of experience building user adoption and lasting change through training, manager support, and hands-on problem solving.
  • At least 4 years of experience communicating clearly with senior leaders and explaining risks, decisions, and results in plain language.
  • Hands-on experience building and testing generative AI and AI agent prototypes, including prompt and workflow design and evaluation.
  • A track record of taking AI or automation use cases to production and delivering measurable time or cost savings.
  • Experience delivering work in Legal, Audit, Communications, or another control function in a regulated environment.
  • Product management experience covering backlog ownership, rapid iteration, decision-making, and post-launch measurement.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
