- Experience with AWS, Teradata, Fivetran and Power BI.
- A record of building, developing and motivating high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience delivering data platforms, pipelines and products at scale.
- Previous hands-on data engineering experience.
- Strong grasp of modern engineering practices.
- Experience in Agile, DevSecOps and product-led delivery settings.
- Ability to combine strategic planning with operational delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and confidence influencing senior leaders.
- Experience managing technical debt, engineering roadmaps and platform modernisation.
- Experience with AWS and cloud data platforms.
- Experience with Teradata, Fivetran and modern data integration tools.

- Experience in multi-cloud or complex enterprise data settings.
- Experience in retail, eCommerce, financial services or similarly data-rich sectors.
