Senior Controllership Analyst, Bucharest (Hybrid)
Support statutory reporting and external audits for multiple Honeywell Aerospace entities in Bucharest. Manage reconciliations, general ledger close, variance analysis, and financial reporting.

- Prepare statutory financial reports for multiple legal entities
- Coordinate external financial audits across multiple legal entities
- Collaborate with external and tax auditors, corporate teams, and business finance
- Manage general ledger activities
- Process and review journals in line with procedures, accounting standards, and legislation
- Analyze variances in balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Investigate unusual or overdue items and validate or correct discrepancies and errors
- Support payroll, tax, sales, and cost accounting activities
- Prepare recurring management reports, schedules, and summaries
- Complete periodic account reconciliations and ledger close tasks
- Deliver accurate financial information for management decisions
आवश्यकताएँ
- Degree in finance or economics, preferably with an accounting focus
- Five years of experience in financial audit or serving as a key contact for external financial auditors in an international matrix organization
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS accounting
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Proactive, positive, self-directed, practical, and execution-focused approach
- ACCA qualification in progress or completed
- Advanced proficiency with standard office software
- Experience using standard ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
