  • Gather, combine, and analyze structured and unstructured data from diverse sources
  • Interpret trends, patterns, and performance signals
  • Produce recurring reports and clear data visualizations
  • Build, maintain, and oversee advanced reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions
  • Create KPI reporting, investigate root causes, and propose operational improvements
  • Apply analytics and performance metrics to forecast costs, risks, and profitability
  • Present analytical findings and business strategy recommendations to stakeholders
  • Deliver reporting solutions and handle ad hoc reporting needs
  • Define report and analysis specifications from business requirements and available data
  • Develop effective working relationships with colleagues and subject matter experts
  • Lead small-scale projects and initiatives

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • At least five years of experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency with business intelligence applications and cloud services
  • Advanced knowledge of business intelligence and visualization platforms, including Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools
  • Advanced command of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis
  • Advanced ability to manipulate complex data across multiple tables
  • Ability to explain data analysis and visualizations to nontechnical and senior audiences
  • Experience with analytical tools and programming languages such as Python and R
  • Intermediate ability to communicate insights through visualization, design, and written narrative
  • Strong research capabilities
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
