- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as MIS, information systems, or computer science
- At least 9 years of experience in professional services or industry
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification required
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and AWS Certified Security – Specialty certifications preferred
- Extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise AWS environments
- Ability to influence architecture and technology strategy in large or complex organizations
- Experience leading multiple complex cloud engagements or portfolios of technical work
- Strong architecture skills spanning infrastructure, networking, security, automation, resilience, governance, operations, and migration
- Ability to advise senior executives while maintaining credibility with highly technical engineering teams
- Substantial experience shaping and estimating complex cloud transformation engagements
- Ability to identify client needs and turn them into valuable consulting and engineering work
- Experience developing technical leaders and improving engineering standards across an organization
- Strong grasp of consulting economics, delivery risk, scope management, and commercial decisions
- Consulting, professional services, or systems integration experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock agents, knowledge bases, and guardrails
