Sector Sales Representative - HVAC and Temperature Control
Aggreko is seeking a sales representative to grow HVAC and temperature-control business across Southern England. The role focuses on new business, strategic accounts, market share, and aftermarket service revenue.

- Win new customers in industries that depend on advanced temperature-control systems
- Deliver sales targets for HVAC equipment, temperature-control solutions, and aftermarket services
- Assess market coverage gaps and develop direct-sales strategies to address them
- Work with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering to support the Temperature Control business infrastructure
- Build relationships with key accounts and contribute to national account development
- Expand existing accounts, win business from competitors, increase market share, and retain service customers
- Manage customer interactions, quotations, leads, and related information in CRM systems
- Apply Aggreko’s sales methodology and follow CRM and CPQ procedures

- Substantial sales experience in the rental or hire industry
- Experience with HVAC or temperature-control equipment is advantageous
- Proven ability to proactively identify and win new business
- Ability to generate and develop leads through varied outbound sales methods
- Strong time-management, planning, and organisational abilities
- Effective collaboration skills when working with stakeholders across teams
- Excellent presentation skills, including objection handling and trust building
