Process accurate Philippine payroll, statutory contributions, billing, and remittances. Support timekeeping, audits, employee inquiries, and payroll issue resolution remotely.

- Calculate employee payroll, including required Philippine government contributions and statutory deductions.
- Review and account for payroll variances.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain reliable timekeeping records.
- Prepare confidential payroll worksheets.
- Deliver timely reports for regular government remittances.
- Keep current with changes affecting payroll calculations for both entities.
- Process employee time slips.
- Address inquiries from clinicians and internal teams.
- Flag and escalate payroll and system problems.
- Maintain accurate billing through the payroll system.
- Coordinate with payroll shift supervisors to deliver timely, accurate, legally compliant payroll processing.
- Handle additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Ability to interpret and apply new labor standards.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
