- Coordinate daily work across teams and suppliers
- Monitor orders, deadlines, and deliverables
- Keep process documents and checklists up to date
- Prepare weekly operations reports for managers
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements
- Help keep the day-to-day operations of a UK business connected
- Follow up with teams and suppliers to keep tasks and processes on schedule and up to standard
आवश्यकताएँ
- Background in operations, coordination, or office management
- Experience using project or workflow tools such as Asana or Monday.com
- Strong written English and careful attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to follow through across multiple deadlines
- Reliable laptop and stable fibre internet connection
- E-commerce or service operations experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets reporting is an advantage
- Experience creating straightforward process documents is an advantage
