Remote Identity Security Partner Architect
Guide identity security solutions across Optiv’s sales, services, and partner teams. Design architectures, deliver demonstrations, and support enterprise client adoption.

- Advise Optiv’s sales, services, and partner teams on technical solutions and enablement.
- Lead pre-sales demonstrations and enablement programs using technical expertise.
- Showcase Idira partner technologies and connect use cases to client goals.
- Present and demonstrate partner technologies to internal teams and clients.
- Create and maintain sales tools and technical documentation, including sizing, integration, solution design, and implementation guides.
- Develop use cases and reusable demonstration materials.
- Plan and deliver workshops and enablement sessions for sales and technical teams.
- Document solution architectures, product matrices, and roadmap alignment.
- Guide SKU selection, solution bundling, and partner service mapping.
- Work with client advisory and delivery teams to establish best practices and deployment standards.
- Check service offerings and project scopes for technical accuracy and consistency.
- Advise clients on best practices and technology optimization to support retention.
- Run client workshops to improve adoption and identify opportunities to expand solutions.
- Work with Client Solution Architects to help clients gain value from technology investments.
- Resolve complex challenges involving partner services and solutions.
- Shadow partner engineering and internal consulting teams periodically.
- Share expertise through communities of practice and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of hands-on enterprise identity security experience.
- Experience designing, presenting, implementing, or supporting identity security solutions in IAM, PAM, EPM, IGA, or machine identity security.
- Experience with enterprise identity security platforms such as CyberArk/IDIRA, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, BeyondTrust, Delinea, SailPoint, Saviynt, Venafi, or comparable products.
- Strong expertise in at least one identity security domain.
- Working knowledge of related identity security domains and the ability to build expertise across the broader IDIRA portfolio.
- Understanding of credential vaulting and rotation, session management, just-in-time access, zero standing privilege, endpoint least privilege, and secure third-party access.
- Familiarity with secrets management, cloud-native secrets governance, certificate lifecycle management, PKI, SSH keys, and workload identities.
- Familiarity with identity governance, identity lifecycle management, access reviews, and Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR).
- Understanding of AI agent identity security needs, including discovery, ownership, authentication, authorization, and least-privilege access.
- Working knowledge of hybrid infrastructure, cloud platforms, APIs, and automation.
- Ability to maintain expert-level technical certifications for assigned partner technologies.
