- Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives from development through implementation
- Use data analysis to identify improvements in preventive screenings, chronic disease care, and customer satisfaction
- Assist with core measure and registry abstraction, analysis, improvement, and submission
- Evaluate performance data and trends to advance enterprise-wide improvement goals
- Accurately abstract clinical information and complete data assurance activities, including inter-rater reliability
- Interpret data definitions and present findings to organizational leaders
- Monitor and validate data accuracy and timeliness

- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collect, aggregate, analyze, interpret, track, and validate data
- Proficiency with required data abstraction tools
