- Lead complex product areas across the Zable app, from discovery and research to refined, production-ready designs.
- Define design direction in partnership with product managers and engineers.
- Mentor fellow designers while strengthening design quality and measurable outcomes.
- Frame problems during discovery and articulate customer needs clearly.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, then turn findings into actionable themes.
- Review funnel and analytics data to uncover confusing journeys, unclear value propositions, and potential customer harm.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, edge cases, and error states.
- Use the design system and Zable brand guidelines consistently, identifying and escalating inconsistencies.
- Work with engineers to understand constraints and produce thorough design specifications.
- Apply AI to speed up research, analysis, and production, including opening pull requests for design changes.
- Keep Figma files accurate, organized, and fully documented.
- Report to the VP of Product & Design.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of product design experience focused on mobile applications.
- Experience in fintech or startup environments is preferred.
- Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG AA.
- Strong commitment to fair outcomes for customers.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- UX writing experience is an advantage.
- Able to work from the office three days each week, with UK work authorization or eligibility for company visa sponsorship.
