Oversee donor flow, plasma collection, and manufacturing compliance at Grifols. Maintain records, train staff, and support safe center operations.

- Carry out a range of tasks across the plasma center.
- Perform production duties while overseeing donor flow.
- Oversee donor screening, plasma collection, and manufacturing records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, FDA-approved procedures, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and company policies.
- Attend required training and staff meetings.
- Keep required records complete and accurate.
- Help keep the facility clean and equipment in working order.
- Send timely, accurate reports to the Center Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Help manage donor funds at the center.
- Train new staff and provide refresher training to current employees.
- Coordinate with other service areas to support accurate records and quality.
- Build positive relationships with donors and support satisfaction and continued donations.
- Report unsafe conditions to area leads, supervisors, or managers.
- May receive training to repair plasma center equipment.
- Support the Center Manager or Assistant Manager with work that advances company objectives.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Certification as a phlebotomist, donor processor, plasma processor, and designated trainer.
- Typically four years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing.
- Proven ability to handle difficult situations.
- Strong familiarity with and adherence to state and federal regulations, the FDA-approved Standard Operating Procedure Manual, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and company procedures.
- Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical office and laboratory equipment, and temperatures below 32°F.
- Ability to use required personal protective equipment, including eye protection, garments, gloves, and cold-weather gear.
- Able to stand 4–6 hours and sit 1–2 hours per day.
- Able to bend, twist, squat, crouch, make frequent hand and foot movements, and perform precise, coordinated finger movements.
- Able to routinely lift 15 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds maximum.
- Adequate hearing acuity.
- Color perception and discrimination, with correctable near and distance vision.
- Able to communicate, listen to, and understand spoken information.
- Able to work independently and follow spoken or written instructions.
- Able to perform varied tasks amid changing demands and conditions.
- Able to communicate sensitive information to diverse groups.
