- Manage and develop embedded marketers assigned full-time to individual Broker Teams
- Provide coaching, resources, templates, tools, and training to support their work

- Act as the main escalation contact and advisor for complex or high-impact property marketing initiatives
- Implement and uphold consistent marketing workflows, brand requirements, and quality standards
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings and check-ins covering workload, performance, and job satisfaction
- Promote the exchange of best practices, templates, and lessons learned
- Lead performance reviews, objective setting, and career development for embedded marketers
- Update Broker Team leaders on performance, capacity, and project results
- Recruit, onboard, and assign new embedded marketers to Broker Teams
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least seven years of marketing experience; experience in real estate, agencies, architecture, or commercial construction is preferred
- Background managing distributed or decentralized teams, ideally marketers or professionals embedded in different business units or client-facing groups
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Results-focused communication and leadership skills centered on team development
- Familiarity with project management software is strongly preferred
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to balance individual Broker Team needs with company-wide marketing standards and processes
- Ability to work independently and deliver successful results with limited supervision
- Ability to manage multiple embedded marketers and Broker Team relationships in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with audiences, personalities, and experience levels that vary
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and project contributors
- Self-directed approach and ability to work effectively in a team setting
