- Work proficiently in After Effects, Cinema 4D or a comparable tool, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Confidently create style frames, motion tests, and visual explorations
- Translate creative direction effectively while collaborating across disciplines
- Maintain close attention to detail and a strong commitment to thoughtful design craft
- Provide a portfolio spanning 2D, 3D, UI, and type-focused motion work
- Redshift or Octane experience is a bonus
- Houdini or procedural workflow experience is a bonus
- Knowledge of accessibility and UX best practices for motion is a bonus
