- Resolve N2/N3 support tickets within established SLAs, from diagnosis and remediation through follow-up and service stabilization.
- Assist with investigating and restoring critical incidents.
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Microsoft products in scope.
- Support technical changes, deployments, migrations, and improvements.
- Spot availability risks, recurring problems, and opportunities to improve services.
- Maintain current technical documentation.

- Technical or higher education in information technology, computer networking, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting and administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and DNS.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

- Strong communication skills for working with clients, technical teams, and specialists across other areas.
- Experience working in hybrid environments.
- Availability for a daytime 12x36 shift, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
