Mid-Level Data Protection Analyst — Remote in Brazil
Data Protection Analyst at Stefanini, mapping personal data and privacy risks. Support LGPD compliance, policies, DPIAs, and internal guidance.
विवरण
- Map personal-data lifecycles, including collection, use, storage, sharing, and disposal
- Identify where personal data is stored, who can access it, and how it moves through processes and departments
- Assist with evaluating and managing privacy and data-protection risks
- Perform and contribute to Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs/RIPDs)
- Help create, review, and update privacy policies, standards, procedures, and guidance
- Advise IT, HR, Marketing, and other business teams on data-protection practices
- Help prepare and review processing terms, privacy notices, and related documentation
- Manage and monitor data-subject requests
- Coordinate with internal teams and, when applicable, regulatory authorities
- Find opportunities to strengthen privacy and data-protection processes
- Support privacy and data-protection awareness programs and training
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Professional experience in data protection, privacy, or compliance
- Working knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), including its core principles and obligations
- Familiarity with GDPR concepts and good practices is advantageous
- Experience documenting processes and mapping personal data
- Knowledge of privacy-risk management practices
- Understanding of information-security and cybersecurity principles
- Experience creating and reviewing privacy policies, procedures, and related documents
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization
- Practical experience with DPIAs/RIPDs
- Privacy and data-protection certifications or relevant coursework
- Experience using GRC, privacy-management, or data-mapping tools
- Knowledge of information security, ISO 27001, and/or ISO 27701
- Experience in large organizations or regulated settings
