Join Looqbox as a Data and BI Analyst, helping turn business data into decisions through dashboards, semantic layers, and analysis with Python and SQL.

- Translate client objectives into measurable metrics, KPIs, and data specifications.
- Build standardized, high-performing reports and dashboards in Looqbox with Python and SQL.
- Deploy and oversee data-focused AI agents.
- Perform exploratory and ad hoc analyses, including cohorts, funnels, segmentation, performance shifts, and root-cause investigations.
- Build, document, and maintain the semantic metrics layer, including definitions, business rules, and dimensions.
- Develop clear visualizations and practical recommendations through data storytelling.
- Track product adoption and customer health using key indicators, and recommend product or usage improvements.
- Investigate data, query, and performance problems and identify effective solutions.
- Work with the Project Manager and client stakeholders, participating in meetings when required.
- Advocate for effective data visualization practices and consistent reporting standards.
- Assist with foundational experimentation, including A/B tests, hypothesis testing, and result interpretation.

- Practical experience using Python with pandas, NumPy, and notebooks, plus SQL for querying and basic optimization.
- Technical independence appropriate for a junior or mid-level professional.
- Strong development habits, including version control, documentation, and refactoring.
- Understanding of descriptive statistics and introductory inference, including distributions, confidence intervals, and hypothesis tests.
- Ability to create effective visualizations, apply data storytelling principles, and communicate findings clearly.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Ability to convert business questions into analytical approaches while weighing risks and alternatives.
- Experience acting as a client-facing or consulting point of contact.
- Experience optimizing code and queries and applying analytics modeling concepts such as dimensional modeling and semantic layers.
- Familiarity with relevant metrics and business domains in retail, shopping centers, pharmaceuticals, and construction.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
- Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration and ETL tools, as well as Git.
- Experience working with non-relational databases.
- Experience using AI tools.
