Junior Tax Analyst - Remote in Brazil
Junior Tax Analyst responsible for tax calculations, bookkeeping, and ancillary filings. Supports RHF Talentos accounting consultancy clients remotely from anywhere in Brazil.

- Handle day-to-day activities for the tax department
- Calculate taxes under the Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Actual Profit regimes
- Calculate and review ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS
- Maintain tax records and verify tax calculations
- Issue and review tax invoices
- Prepare and submit SPED Fiscal and EFD-Contributions
- Prepare DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, and other tax returns and ancillary obligations
- Examine clients’ tax documents and supporting information
- Track tax department workflows and filing deadlines
- Assist with interpreting and applying tax legislation to client operations
- Detect inconsistencies and help correct tax information
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience with or knowledge of tax routines in an accounting firm
- Knowledge of tax calculations and ancillary tax obligations
- Knowledge of ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS
- Experience with or knowledge of SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contributions, DCTFWeb, and EFD-Reinf
- Knowledge of issuing, recording, and reviewing tax invoices
- Knowledge of the Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Actual Profit tax regimes
- Knowledge of the Domínio, JETAX, SIEG, and Nibo systems
- Currently pursuing or holding a higher education degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
