- Manage insured and non-insured benefits transactions, including enrollments, terminations, changes, upgrades, and extensions through carrier and insurer systems
- Download billing kits from carrier and insurer platforms for secure, organized delivery to clients
- Review invoices and the data included in billing kit files
- Inspect submitted documents for conflicting information, omissions, errors, incorrect figures or documents, and outdated records
- Keep accurate records of completed transactions
- Deliver personalized customer support by answering questions about billing and cost allocation
- Monitor dependents reaching the age of majority and process terminations according to age-band limits
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and recommend actions that strengthen operational performance
- Complete other department-related duties in line with training, professional qualifications, and supervisor guidance
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Insurance industry experience involving operational processes for health, dental, and life insurance products
