Support Mercy’s electronic health record systems across Northwest Arkansas clinics through clinical workflow improvement, automated process implementation, and end-user assistance delivered onsite and remotely.

- Provide clinical care delivery expertise for Mercy’s electronic health record program
- Assess and advance technologies that simplify clinical documentation and assessment workflows
- Help develop and implement automated clinical processes, including advanced implementation support
- Deliver at-the-elbow and other end-user assistance to electronic health record users
- Offer regular onsite support at Mercy clinics throughout the Northwest Arkansas community
- Divide working time between onsite clinic support and remote work
आवश्यकताएँ
- Associate degree in a healthcare discipline, specialized training, or equivalent experience working with electronic health records
- At least two years of relevant technical or business experience
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Previous experience with Epic EHR is preferred
- Experience using data analytics and data management for systems evaluation is preferred
- Experience preparing medical policy documentation is preferred
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative team
- Experience working with business applications
- Willingness to travel out of town occasionally
