- Build and develop high-performing engineering teams
- Support engineers through feedback, mentoring, and career development
- Define technology, data, and AI strategy for marketing, acquisition, and measurement
- Work with Product, Marketing, and Data to identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities
- Direct delivery while balancing speed, quality, and reliability
- Guide system design, architecture, complex technical challenges, and trade-off decisions
- Promote strong engineering practices across code quality, reliability, observability, security, and development processes
- Coordinate with Marketing, SEO, Brand, Product, Data, and Legal on priorities, tracking, data quality, privacy, and consent
आवश्यकताएँ
- A strong foundation in software engineering
- At least four years of experience leading and developing engineering teams
- Demonstrated success delivering business-critical products or platforms
- Experience with MarTech, AdTech, growth, tracking and attribution, paid marketing, or SEO platforms
- Experience developing data-intensive systems, automation, or platforms for marketing and business teams
- A commitment to building high-performing teams and supporting individual growth
- Confidence leading architecture discussions and assessing technical trade-offs
- Ability to collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data on opportunities and priorities
- Skill in translating broad objectives into practical plans, managing dependencies, and delivering measurable results
- Ability to make complex subjects accessible while leading with empathy, transparency, and accountability
