Email Infrastructure and Deliverability Specialist
Build and manage high-volume email sending systems for a customer database monetization company. Oversee deliverability, authentication, campaigns, and contact lists for daily volumes of 300,000–500,000 emails.

- Build and configure email platforms and technical components for high-volume delivery.
- Maintain email authentication and sending infrastructure to support delivery and protect sender reputation.
- Operate a scalable sending program handling approximately 300,000–500,000 emails per day.
- Plan, run, and monitor bulk campaigns across new and legacy contact lists.
- Manage sending volumes and delivery performance.
- Track inbox placement, sender reputation, bounces, complaints, and other deliverability measures.
- Diagnose delivery problems and apply corrective measures.
- Optimize infrastructure and sending processes in response to campaign results and changing delivery needs.
- Review, segment, and manage contact lists using data quality, consent, and engagement criteria.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience building email-sending infrastructure from the ground up and managing it over time.
- Experience running high-volume email campaigns, preferably at a scale of hundreds of thousands of emails per day.
- Strong technical knowledge of email deliverability, inbox placement, sender reputation, and authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Practical experience configuring and managing bulk email platforms and the infrastructure needed to run them at scale.
- Experience tracking delivery metrics, resolving deliverability problems, and refining sending practices based on performance data.
- Experience managing new and legacy contact lists, including quality, segmentation, consent, bounces, and unsubscribes.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
