Creative Director, Motion Design at Thinkingbox (Hybrid)
Lead motion design for 2D and 3D campaigns at The Heist, Thinkingbox’s motion and post-production studio. Direct creative development, mentor designers, and partner with advertising clients throughout each project.

- Lead and motivate a nimble motion design team while providing clear creative direction
- Contribute directly to design and animation work when projects require it
- Create focused storyboards and polished styleframes for campaign development
- Oversee and help produce 2D and 3D animation assets that follow brand guidelines and art direction
- Give team members specific, constructive creative feedback
- Work directly with clients and offer creative guidance throughout project delivery
- Partner with the motion team to improve processes and workflows
- Support project budgeting and resource planning
आवश्यकताएँ
- A portfolio demonstrating polished 2D and 3D motion design across a range of marketing and campaign styles
- A self-directed interest in continuing to develop your creative and technical skills
- At least 8 years of motion design experience, including 3 or more years in a senior or leadership role
- Advanced proficiency with Cinema 4D and Redshift
- Proven ability to develop clear storyboards and polished styleframes that support campaign objectives
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator, plus a strong grasp of animation production pipelines
- Strong design judgment with the ability to integrate aesthetic decision-making and technical execution
- Familiarity with XParticles, Marvelous Designer, or Houdini is an advantage
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Highly organized and adept at solving creative and technical problems
