Corporate Setup & Compliance Specialist (UAE, Hybrid)
Manage UAE entity formation, corporate banking, and AML compliance operations. Coordinate registrations, bank onboarding, regulatory filings, and GCC compliance deadlines.
विवरण
- Lead incorporations across Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore structures, including FZE, FZC, and LLC entities
- Prepare MOAs, Articles of Incorporation, corporate resolutions, and trade license applications
- Handle corporate renewals, statutory changes, share transfers, director appointments, and liquidations
- Evaluate client profiles and recommend suitable regional or digital banking options
- Prepare and pre-screen bank account applications while validating UBO documentation against compliance requirements
- Work with relationship managers and compliance officers to complete background checks, address source-of-wealth questions, and finalize applications
- Screen UBOs, politically exposed persons, and institutional clients
- Maintain compliance with ADGM and DIFC CSP frameworks and applicable federal laws
- Build and maintain a cross-jurisdiction compliance calendar for license renewals, Commercial Registration updates, corporate tax, VAT, and audited financial statements
- Track GCC obligations, including UBO updates, ESR declarations, and AML reporting
- Send clients timely alerts about upcoming compliance requirements
- Coordinate with DET, DMCC, ADGM RA, RAKEZ, labor authorities, and immigration departments
- Support clients with corporate banking introductions and visa or PRO allocations
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 4–6 years of direct experience with UAE corporate service providers or business setup
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of UAE processes, portals, UAE Pass, smart applications, DET, DED, and Free Zone registries
- Understand GCC corporate structures, including UAE Mainland and Free Zones, Saudi Arabia MISA/SAGIA setups, Qatar QFC/LLCs, and Bahrain
- Apply practical knowledge of UAE AML/KYC requirements, corporate law, and end-to-end bank account opening procedures
- Show a track record of handling name reservations, initial approvals, commercial registrations, lease coordination, and localized document drafting
