विवरण

  • Support sales transactions from quote and order creation through negotiation and completion.
  • Draft and negotiate quotes, orders, NDAs, RFI/RFP responses, MSAs, and other commercial agreements.
  • Manage intake and preparation for sales quotes and expansions, including issuance and end-to-end quoting.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding.
  • Help the Legal team identify, implement, and use AI tools.
  • Standardize contract terms used in quoting and sales.
  • Track data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and related materials.
  • Work with Sales, Commercial, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Initially report to the General Counsel, with reporting later transitioning to the Senior Commercial Counsel.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership.
  • Two to three years of relevant legal experience supporting commercial sales or purchasing.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and DocuSign.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong communication, questioning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well organized and attentive to detail.
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams.
  • Preferred: Undergraduate degree or work experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales and technology transactions.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SaaS commercial law, licensing, or intellectual property principles.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of third-party risk management, security and risk compliance, or vendor management processes.
  • Preferred: Comfort using AI and awareness of appropriate checks, reviews, and controls.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with revenue recognition principles.
  • Preferred: Strong organization, follow-through, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred: Experience working directly with sales teams.
