  • Calculate customer and client charges
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices
  • Verify customer orders, work orders, and estimates for accurate documentation
  • Handle data entry, mail, phone duties, and other administrative support
  • Manage equipment check-in and release from container and tank inventory according to customer needs
  • Inspect on-site containers and tanks to confirm they are ready for customer release
  • Keep equipment, container, and tank inventory records up to date
  • Record accurate equipment release details in the facility’s software system

आवश्यकताएँ

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of office administration, billing, or related experience
  • 1–3 years of experience with Google Suite
  • 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational ability
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
