  • Calculate customer charges and fees
  • Prepare and send customer invoices
  • Review customer orders, work orders, and estimates for accurate documentation
  • Handle data entry, mail, phone calls, and other administrative support
  • Receive and release containers and tanks from inventory based on customer needs
  • Inspect containers and tanks on site to confirm they are ready for customer release
  • Update inventory records for equipment, containers, and tanks
  • Record accurate equipment release details in the facility system

आवश्यकताएँ

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of office administration, billing, or related experience
  • 1–3 years of experience with Google Workspace
  • 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
