Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative

Deliver in-home demonstrations and sell AT&T home technology services to customers across Mesa, Casa Grande, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, and San Tan Valley. This full-time, onsite role is based in Arizona.

Provide tailored, high-touch sales experiences in customers’ homes.
Attend appointments scheduled by AT&T.
Present the latest technology and services.
Demonstrate products and assess customers’ Wi-Fi needs.
Install technology and address customer issues.
Complete sales and meet sales targets.
Contact existing customers each day and engage prospective customers who have expressed interest.
Manage field work independently.
Apply negotiation and communication skills to adapt to customer needs and close sales.

आवश्यकताएँ

At least one year of commission-based and outside sales experience is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to succeed in commission sales and meet sales targets.
Skill in upselling in ways that increase customer value and satisfaction.
Strong verbal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Valid driver’s license.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must pass a background check covering drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle records.
