Grow Lendbuzz’s auto-finance dealership network through daily field visits and consultative account management. Own territory expansion, partner relationships, and local market development.

- Source and engage new dealership partners to expand the network and support growth
- Deliver consultative guidance and responsive service through on-site dealership visits
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with dealership partners
- Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to uncover business opportunities
- Represent the Lendbuzz brand through focused outreach, communication, and company values
- Take ownership of and grow the assigned territory
- Conduct daily dealership visits in this field-based position
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
- At least two years of experience in the most recent role
- Practical experience with auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience is highly valued
- Availability and willingness to work six days per week with daily in-person dealership visits
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and achieve results
- Analytical approach with the ability to recognize market opportunities and adjust strategies
- Proactive problem-solving skills suited to a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and full-coverage insurance
- Customer-oriented, organized, and dedicated to high-quality work
- Residence within or near the assigned geographic territory
- Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is a plus
- Visa sponsorship is unavailable
