- Plan and lead group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments in line with clinic needs and best-practice guidance.
- Use crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
- Support the development of patient treatment plans.
- Track and review progress toward treatment goals.
- Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
- Attend required meetings, including onsite staff and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Document treatment information promptly and thoroughly in the electronic patient health record.
- Meet regulatory and company compliance requirements.
- Contribute to programs that support patients’ recovery and wellness.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Two years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree at minimum, as required by state regulations.
- Active clinical licensure meeting state requirements, at minimum LCAS-A or LCAS.
- Ability to plan and lead group therapy sessions.
- Ability to conduct patient intake assessments.
- Knowledge of addiction therapy.
- Ability to provide crisis intervention and de-escalation.
- Ability to support treatment planning and review progress toward treatment goals.
- Ability to coordinate patient care with an onsite multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to document treatment information in an electronic patient health record.
- Ability to meet regulatory and company compliance requirements.
