  • Respond to inbound calls and warm leads
  • Discuss customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits
  • Turn sales leads into policyholders
  • Represent Liberty Mutual and build customer relationships through tailored insurance recommendations
  • Complete paid remote training and insurance licensing
  • Work assigned weekday and weekend shifts.
  • Meet assigned weekday and weekend schedule requirements

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring at least two years of sales or service-related work experience; two to three years of sales experience is preferred
  • Use strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
  • Communicate effectively with prospects and customers
  • Apply analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate strong typing ability and PC proficiency
  • Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire
  • Reside in one of the eligible states listed for the role
  • Remain in the state of residence for at least one year before relocating
  • Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day
  • Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk
  • Have wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload; satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
