Art Director (Full-Time, Hybrid)
Lead integrated brand, campaign, content, and customer communications for ITG, creating visual work for B2B and B2C audiences through creativity, craft, data, and technology.

- Develop brand platforms, social-first concepts, customer campaigns, and B2B propositions
- Guide briefs from initial concept through multichannel execution
- Create distinctive visual expressions and persuasive layouts
- Produce polished presentation decks
- Partner with art directors, designers, copywriters, and creative directors
- Take ownership of briefs while inviting creative collaboration
- Develop and present creative ideas with rationale grounded in the audience, brand, and brief
- Contribute across brand, campaign, content, and customer communications
- Use creativity, craft, data, and technology to deliver effective brand work
- Help shape the team’s creative direction as its remit grows

- Ability to interpret a brief, establish a distinctive creative direction, and develop a compelling response
- Strong art direction and design expertise
- Portfolio showing conceptual thinking and high-quality visual execution
- Ability to work across social, CRM, digital, content, design, and campaign channels

- Ability to take ownership of briefs and collaborate effectively
- Ability to explain and present creative thinking in discussions and client presentations
- Collaborative approach to working with copywriters and other creative partners
- Comfort with giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Ability to apply generative AI thoughtfully and creatively across ideation, development, and execution
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
