- Develop brand platforms, social-first concepts, customer campaigns, and B2B propositions
- Guide briefs from initial concept through multichannel execution
- Create distinctive visual expressions and persuasive layouts
- Produce polished presentation decks
- Partner with art directors, designers, copywriters, and creative directors
- Take ownership of briefs while inviting creative collaboration
- Develop and present creative ideas with rationale grounded in the audience, brand, and brief
- Contribute across brand, campaign, content, and customer communications
- Use creativity, craft, data, and technology to deliver effective brand work
- Help shape the team’s creative direction as its remit grows
