Agile Developer II – Angular at Capgemini (Hybrid, India)
Build and test enterprise Angular applications at Capgemini in an Agile environment. Develop production code, automated tests, and CI/CD solutions as part of Scrum teams.
विवरण
- Translate customer needs into feasible solutions and contribute to system design
- Create and refine user stories with precise acceptance criteria
- Assess the impact of proposed changes across people, processes, and technology
- Estimate user stories through relative sizing and story points
- Surface functional design concerns and associated risks
- Work with the Product Owner to align code and acceptance tests with intended functionality
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Develop, revise, document, and review program code and supporting documentation
- Configure packaged software and deliver functional code within each sprint
- Create, document, run, and maintain test cases and test data
- Track test-plan progress through defect logs and issue-tracking systems
- Establish test plans, evaluate results, and support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Use Risk-Based Testing practices
- Assist with application development, implementation, and user training
- Take part in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Retrospectives, Inspect & Adapt, and system demonstrations
- Present working code to Product Owners and Business Owners
- Contribute to continuous exploration, integration, and deployment across the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps practices
- Pursue ongoing improvement and build T-shaped, cross-functional capabilities
- Join and lead Agile Dev Team Member Community of Practice sessions
- Coordinate communications and follow-up actions from Community of Practice sessions

- Intermediate debugging and troubleshooting ability
- Intermediate proficiency in RxJS and reactive programming
- Intermediate experience with Agile and Scrum development
- Intermediate experience with Angular version 10 or later
- Intermediate proficiency with Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ IDEA, with 4–6 years of experience
- Entry-level experience with RxJS and NgRx state management, with 1–3 years of experience
