Provide administrative support for patient records, purchasing, transportation, and appointments at DaVita dialysis facilities in Fountain Hills, Arizona.

- Represent the outpatient or hospital facility as a welcoming first point of contact
- Accurately and promptly process change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for patients
- Help patients schedule physician appointments

- Strong computer skills and clerical abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute
- High school diploma or GED
- Medical secretary or secretarial certification is preferred
- At least one year of related administrative experience in a medical setting is preferred
