Tavsif

  • Expand CELSIUS distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotional execution through the brand’s “perfect store” standards.
  • Implement brand strategy across retail accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Audit accounts, identify opportunities, and record field insights in the CRM system.
  • Work with distributor partners through route rides, sales blitzes, and key-account visits.
  • Contribute to regional sales programs at the direction of the District or Regional Sales Manager.
  • Join weekly sales calls to assess results and establish goals.
  • Meet and report daily, weekly, and quarterly performance targets.
  • Represent the CELSIUS® brand across grocery, convenience, and food-service channels.
  • Visit approximately 12 to 15 stores each day.

Talablar

  • At least one year of consumer goods sales experience, preferably in beverages, distributor sales, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to pass an MVR screening.
  • Sound business judgment and an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Comfort with frequent in-person customer interactions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to present information and engage larger peer groups.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and field-sales reporting systems.
