Systems Engineer, Enterprise Applications Support
Support enterprise applications, software platforms, and specialized systems at PSI CRO, a global pharmaceutical contract research organization that conducts clinical trials.
Tavsif
- Provide second- and third-tier support for commercial software packages
- Install third-tier and selected fourth-tier information systems, and train users
- Install and support specialized systems, including warehouse systems
- Track software updates and releases, recommending migrations when needed
- Identify software releases that may benefit the company and recommend purchases
- Maintain validation status for information systems subject to 21 CFR Part 11
- Learn client-provided, project-specific IT equipment, train users, and provide support
- Audit specialized equipment and Tier 3–4 systems regularly for compliance with PSI standards
Talablar
- University or college degree in computer science or IT
- Strong technical background
- Experience supporting business applications, software platforms, or enterprise systems
- Systems analysis experience is an advantage
- Experience with Jira Service Desk and Confluence, or similar products, is an advantage
- Experience in systems development and validation is an advantage
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Testing experience, including preparing test cases and running test scripts, is an advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Willingness and ability to work in a service-oriented, customer-focused environment
