Lead strategic planning engagements for governments, school systems, agencies, and nonprofits. Facilitate stakeholder sessions, develop adoption-ready roadmaps, and establish practical performance measures.
Tavsif
- Facilitate strategic-plan updates or develop new organizational strategic plans
- Design planning sessions, gather stakeholder input, and maintain decision records
- Translate planning outcomes into missions, goals, strategies, and actionable implementation roadmaps
- Develop a focused set of performance measures the organization can realistically track
- Prepare planning materials for boards, councils, and leadership teams
- Add facilitation methods and authorized past-performance details to proposals when permitted
- Ensure each plan reflects the organization's actual capacity rather than a generic template
- Deliver remote, project-based engagements for governments, school systems, agencies, and nonprofits
Talablar
- Experience guiding an organizational strategic plan through adoption for a government, district, agency, or nonprofit
- A strategic plan you can identify by organization, year, and personal role
- Ability to convert session outcomes into goals, strategies, and a documented roadmap
- Experience presenting to a board, council, or executive team
- Comfort working as a 1099 project-based collaborator with occasional client travel
- Preferred: experience creating implementation scorecards or conducting progress reviews after adoption
- Preferred: experience working with a school board, city council, or public authority
