  • Lead growth initiatives across the full customer journey, from landing-page visits through long-term conversion
  • Test and refine landing pages to improve signup conversion
  • Increase signup-to-activation rates by helping users reach the product’s “aha” moment
  • Turn free users into paying customers through upsells, entitlement tests, paywalls, and limited-time discounts
  • Strengthen customer retention and engagement
  • Expand revenue from existing customers through upgrades, higher usage, add-ons, and monthly-to-annual conversions
  • Deliver quickly, iterate continuously, and respond rapidly when approaches need correction
  • Create straightforward self-serve solutions while maintaining a high standard of quality

Talablar

  • Demonstrated staff-level experience in growth engineering
  • Strong command of software fundamentals, including system design, architecture, data modeling, and API design
  • Ability to produce clean, maintainable code and collaborate effectively within monorepos
  • Proven experience conducting hundreds of A/B tests with platforms such as Statsig and PostHog
  • Sound practices for designing, running, and evaluating product experiments
  • Advanced SQL ability and a talent for producing clear, focused reports
  • Skill in finding and prioritizing the opportunities with the greatest revenue impact
  • Strong product and design judgment across landing pages, onboarding, upgrade journeys, and engagement features
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, containers, Postgres, and Redis
  • Ability to substantially improve development speed with frontier AI coding tools
  • Availability to work within US time zones when working remotely
  • Willingness to travel regularly to the San Francisco office when working remotely
