Tavsif

  • Own foundational platform capabilities such as plugin and extension frameworks, agent orchestration engines, and semantic and data abstraction layers
  • Design and deliver multi-step, parallel, and cross-domain workflows driven by large language models
  • Implement governed tool execution and security boundaries through access controls, tenant isolation, and scope enforcement
  • Shape the platform’s data and semantic layer across relational, vector, semantic-modelled, and API-based sources
  • Set and maintain latency SLAs, throughput objectives, data-isolation guarantees, and availability contracts
  • Build observability and explainability capabilities, including audit pipelines, structured logs, response attribution, and governance metadata
  • Establish architectural dependency rules and apply them through implementation, testing, and design reviews
  • Work with engineering, product, and data science partners to define dependable, well-documented platform contracts
  • Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and advance reusable infrastructure with stable interfaces
  • Deliver business plans and projects, supervise and develop associates, assess performance, and support company policies and initiatives

Talablar

  • At least 10 years of software engineering experience, with substantial work in platform, infrastructure, or foundational systems
  • Practical experience designing and launching production LLM systems, including agent orchestration, tool use, RAG pipelines, multi-step reasoning, or structured output generation
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals covering clean API design, distributed-systems patterns, asynchronous execution, fault tolerance, and observability
  • Experience creating extensible plugin or extension systems with stable, versioned contracts and clear conformance expectations
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem
  • Ability to evaluate latency, throughput, and cost tradeoffs in inference-intensive workloads
  • Understanding of separation of concerns, dependency inversion, layered design, and enforcing contracts through code
  • Experience owning and operating multi-tenant systems with stringent data-isolation and access-control requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field plus 4 years of software engineering or related experience, or 6 years of software engineering or related experience
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant field plus 2 years of software engineering or related experience
  • Preferred: Experience with LLM governance, AI safety frameworks, guardrails, or responsible AI practices
  • Preferred: Background in semantic modelling, data mesh, or canonical data layers
  • Preferred: Previous platform engineering experience supporting multiple product teams
  • Preferred: Familiarity with LangGraph, LangFuse, GoogleADK, CrewAI, or comparable tools
  • Preferred: Experience establishing and enforcing engineering standards across a team or organization
