  • Design and deliver scalable, resilient software for customer-channel and data platforms
  • Develop and improve applications, APIs, services, and platform capabilities for critical Business Banking experiences
  • Work across backend services, cloud platforms, customer experiences, and data-enabled solutions
  • Set architectural direction and shape engineering decisions across squads

Talablar

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex software in large-scale or distributed environments
  • Strong practical software engineering skills
  • Experience developing cloud-native applications, APIs, platforms, or data-driven services
  • Ability to combine strategic technical thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Experience shaping technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards
  • Record of mentoring engineers and developing capability across teams
  • Experience using Python, Java, .NET, TypeScript, Go, or comparable modern development languages
  • Experience designing and building APIs, services, and distributed systems
  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
  • Knowledge of modern application design patterns, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Experience spanning backend, frontend, and integration capabilities
  • Safe and effective use of AI-powered engineering tools
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, observability, monitoring, DevSecOps, and Agile delivery
  • Experience in customer channels, digital platforms, CRM, data services, AI-enabled products, or financial services is valued but not required
