Tavsif

  • Set the technical direction for InfiniteChoice’s next-generation Google Cloud platform and its infrastructure
  • Own the company’s GKE clusters and Terraform environment
  • Route production infrastructure changes through code review and Atlantis
  • Organize the GCP environment across project structure, group-based IAM, and cost visibility
  • Create self-service infrastructure workflows for development teams
  • Convert disaster recovery plans into procedures that are tested regularly
  • Join the production on-call rotation
  • Advance incident response, operational readiness, and post-incident execution
  • Build and run the product-team platform, including templates, CI/CD, and GKE Gateway API routing
  • Establish SLOs with service-owning teams and prioritize reliability improvements
  • Make infrastructure architecture decisions and record them in ADRs
  • Review engineering infrastructure changes and mentor other engineers
  • Forecast capacity needs across clusters, databases, and caches
  • Reduce infrastructure waste and connect GCP spending to traffic growth
  • Report to the Director of Engineering, CloudOps

Talablar

  • At least 10 years of experience in platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
  • Experience operating production systems handling millions of requests daily
  • Extensive hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production, preferably GKE
  • Strong Terraform expertise, including module and state organization across multiple environments and GCP projects
  • Solid knowledge of GCP networking, IAM, and core services
  • Experience migrating production workloads between platforms without downtime
  • Production software development experience in Go, Python, or a comparable language
  • Ability to inspect application code while troubleshooting
  • Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly in writing to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding tools
  • Google Cloud Professional, SRE, or comparable industry certifications preferred
  • Cloudflare experience, including WAF and bot management, is a plus
  • Experience operating Redis at scale, including clustered deployments, is a plus
  • Experience with OpenTelemetry and Prometheus is a plus
  • Experience establishing or operating on-call and incident-management programs is a plus
