Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting for Fine Point Consulting clients. Support U.S. startups, nonprofits, and businesses through the firm’s accounting and HR services.

Tavsif

  • Process client invoices and record customer payments
  • Manage sales tax exemption certificates and prepare sales tax returns
  • Process vendor invoices and code credit card transactions
  • Set up vendors and manage W-9 documentation and 1099 preparation
  • Process internal payroll and related payroll taxes
  • Set up new hires and coordinate with client payroll providers
  • Record payroll-related accounting transactions
  • Prepare account reconciliations
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Report to the Controller or Team Leader
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, their customers, and their vendors
  • Organize priorities, manage workload, and support the team

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Strong technology skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working in a paperless environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous experience using QuickBooks Online
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new technology
  • Salary requirements must be provided for consideration
  • Must reside in the United States, as Fine Point Consulting hires only within the United States
