Tavsif

  • Lead and mentor software engineers by setting goals, supporting career growth, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Manage software project delivery to meet timelines and quality expectations.
  • Contribute to codebases, review pull requests, and provide technical direction.
  • Set technical direction through emerging technologies and industry practices that improve scalability and innovation.
  • Maintain coding standards, promote test automation, and improve development processes.
  • Strengthen collaboration and communication across the team and with cross-functional partners.
  • Keep stakeholders informed through progress updates, technical perspectives, and delivery results.
  • Develop engineers’ technical and professional capabilities to help them become more autonomous contributors.
  • Build an agile, self-organizing engineering team that delivers stable, scalable, and reliable features and services.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of experience managing teams, including coaching and mentoring diverse engineering groups.
  • Expertise designing and developing high-performance, concurrent applications.
  • Experience with Golang is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage squad priorities, deadlines, and project outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of product and business metrics.
  • Proficiency in setting objectives with the OKR framework.
  • Product-focused judgment that balances feature delivery with engineering excellence.
  • Experience with distributed systems, parallel processing, and highly complex software applications.
  • Ability to assess options, take calculated risks, and make strategic decisions amid uncertainty.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles and collaboration with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Curious, creative approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail.
